My farm to table journey started 12 years ago when I took part in my first slow food movement, my journey as a chef has grown more over the years with my experience of multiple cultural cuisines. My drive to showcase organic produce in the most exciting way is never ending. As the executive of Casalinga I hope to treat our guests to an experience that is both morish & memorable. The best plates of food are created through passion, love and art.
