Our chefs have always been inspired by the freshest seasonal produce, and as the days and nights draw in, their thoughts are turning to heartwarming winter dishes that keep the cold at bay.

Our vegetable garden is bursting with delicious winter produce, and it’s already starting to make an appearance in our kitchen – and on your plates. Why not look at our latest weekly menu – classic Italian dishes reimagined right here at Casalinga, and new starters, mains and deserts that we’ve created.
