THINGS ARE HEATING UP

Dive into our February menu and enjoy some of the best seafood dishes this side of the seaside. Casalinga is the place (we resisted the pun!) to come to enjoy delicious fish dishes cooked the Italian way. From the very first bite, we’re confident that you’ll fall hook, line and sinker for our February menu.

Begin with our thinly sliced Norwegian salmon carpaccio, or South Atlantic calamari flash-grilled in olive oil, butter and white wine. For truly sublime marine mouthfuls, we’d recommend our Tagliatelle alla Pescatora with prawns, mussels and line fish. Alternatively, enjoy the best of South African seafood cooked with Casalinga flair in our Spaghetti alle Vongole.

When it comes to main courses, you may be hard pressed to choose between our fresh Namibian Atlantic sole and our very well-dressed fillet of fish. Our Platter for Two (excellent value, and perfect for sharing) also features line fish and grilled calamari – ideal for a dinner date with the one you really don’t want to get away.

Of course, you might be a little suspicious if everything on our menu was fishy, so we’ve also included some classic Casalinga favourites such as our prime beef fillet - cooked just the way you like it - and our succulent, slow-roasted lamb shank.
